RIP Darrell

I was shocked and devastated to hear that someone killed Dimebag and a bunch of innocent kids at a Damageplan concert in Columbus. How horrible that people have to risk their lives to entertain people, or to even attend a concert. My kids ask me all the time to take them to concerts. I was worried about their hearing, I guess I have a lot more to worry about.
This is so sickening. He will be greatly missed. How ironic and sad that he was killed on the same day as John Lennon.

Goodbye my Love...

We said goodbye to our sweet Betty (Ms. Sebastian) today. These are some of my favorite photos of her.

Her last day at the shelter. She was very big for a female.

She was almost 10 years old when we brought her home. She had lived most of her life at Ferrets Unlimited, after being abused and dumped off. They loved her and spoiled her, but she needed a home. Her cage had a sign on it that said I bite, but she never bit any of us.

She was a big fluffy girl, with a gorgeous angora style coat. She was feisty and loved to chase the cats and beat up the male ferrets. If the stories of the rainbow bridge are true, I'm sure she is raising hell somewhere.

Close-Up of her pretty face.

With her new best friend, our son, Lance.
